Trinity Presbyterian Church is seeking a Family & Youth Ministry Program Director to develop and teach K-12 curriculum, organize events for families, recruit volunteers, and create outreach programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and mentoring, highly organized, and have a vision for discipleship and spiritual growth. Qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in a Christian environment with children and youth, the ability to relocate to the SF Bay Area, and clearance to work in the U.S. Expected hours are 20-40 per week.

Qualifications

2-5 years experience working with children and youth in a Christian environment
Experience in teaching the Christian faith to children, youth and families
Must reside or be willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area
Must pass background check
Must be able to legally work in the United States

Responsibilities

Develop and teach curriculum for K-12
Responsible for organizing events for children, youth and families
Recruit and empower volunteers
Build community outreach programs
Create, implement, and grow new and existing programs

COmpensation and Benefits

Compensation:
- $35-$45/hour
