Renaissance seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee the client journey, assist with program logistics, ensure accurate data collection, and conduct marketing and outreach throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, with a special focus on East Contra Costa County. Qualifications & Skills
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Detail-oriented, self-starter with at least three years of project administration experience
Passion for entrepreneurship with some knowledge of business ownership, training, and/or business development
Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to convey information to diverse audiences in a constructive, clear way
Ability to attend off-site trainings, visit client business sites, and staff community outreach events on occasional evening and weekends
Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft Office and ability to work with data and databases
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
responsibilities and tasks
Conduct marketing and outreach to prospective clients including facilitating orientations, staffing tables at community outreach events, and developing social media content.
Serve as the initial point of contact with prospective clients, guide clients through the application process, and collect required paperwork.
Input client data into VistaShare database, ensuring accurate information and helping to troubleshoot errors when necessary.
Coordinate classes and workshops including developing class flyers on Canva, creating rosters, sending class reminders, opening classes, and tracking attendance.
Assist Program Manager with client networking and marketplace events, cohort programs, staff meetings, and other programs and services as needed.
Participate in Programs Team meetings to enhance the client journey, data collection and tracking, and other organization-wide initiatives.
Assist colleagues in other programs, participate in public outreach efforts, media events, and donor events.
Help develop new partnerships and opportunities for the East Bay Center.
COmpensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, non exempt position. Competitive salary ($41.20-46.70 an hour based on experience) and generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, paid time off, holidays, and a great group of colleagues and clients.
