The Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC) is seeking a Manager of School & Youth Vibrancy to join a dynamic, highly communicative, and collaborative team dedicated to enhancing the relational capacity of Restorative Justice. The Manager of School & Youth Vibrancy plays a vital role in the success of PCRC's foundational programs by delivering trainings, conflict transformation workshops, coaching, and Restorative Justice practices to youth, schools, and districts. This role reports to the Director of Programs and involves overseeing a small staff. The role includes leading and managing all aspects of the Schools entry point within PCRC's fee-for-service department.

Since then, PCRC has grown to serve thousands of residents across the county each year, and has earned the reputation of being a highly knowledgeable and effective organization – buoyed by its unique ability to encourage the collective strengths of individuals, families and organizations to help improve communication, community engagement and conflict resolution throughout San Mateo County.
Qualifications
Proven experience in school administration, coaching, training, or a related field, preferably within a non-profit or corporate environment.
Demonstrated success in curriculum development
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to understand and relate to the needs and concerns of diverse clients.
Skilled in negotiation and influencing clients to adopt new strategies or services.
Genuine commitment to the mission of the non-profit and improving restorative justice practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee the design and delivery of PCRC services from inquiry or referral through follow-up as related to community initiatives supporting the education, development, and empowerment of youth and families - in our communities and institutions.
Work along with the Director of Programs to develop plans for the assessment of community needs, as well as to strategize in the design and implementation of Restorative Justice programs and services to attend to those needs
Oversee and ensure the integrity of restorative justice, mediation, and community education
Design inclusive, participatory processes to meet the needs of PCRC clients
Provide facilitation and training support for community dialogues, coalition meetings and other project meetings
Act as a program representative at events and meetings, as needed
Collaborate and work in conjunction with lateral departments to provide full services to partners by recommending services in Mediation, Workplace Development, Community Engagement, and Facilitation
With support from the Director of Programs and Finance Director, work closely with the finance department on budget development and monitoring
Develop and manage relationships internally, and with partners and clients
Conduct outreach to potential clients and stakeholders to promote PCRC’s services in the community, in collaboration with other PCRC team members
Ensure contract compliance and ongoing relationships with partners and stakeholders
Respond to partner requests and identify partner needs for PCRC services while ensuring that partners are regularly updated and informed on project status and deliverables
Oversee the development and maintenance of a roster of skilled facilitation volunteers
Ensure that deliverables are of high quality and are completed in a timely manner
Oversee the maintenance of timely and accurate data for reporting purposes
Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Programs in alignment with PCRC mission and vision
COmpensation and Benefits
PCRC is prepared to offer a competitive compensation package, which includes the anticipated starting annual salary of $75,000.
PCRC has a generous time off policy, which includes 13 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, 10 vacation days, and 10 managed days off each year.
