Ready to reduce & rethink single-use-plastics in SMC?
Date - Thursday, March 19, 2020, 3:00 PM
Location - Zoom
Description -Single use plastics are poisoning species, packing landfills, and invading our bloodstream. Pervasive across the County, country, oceans, and seashores, plastics are also warming our climate. We will have small group discussions guided by experts and then report out to the larger group in order to compile action plans. Questions for discussion:
What’s the problem?
What action can we take?
Where should we focus our efforts?
