There With Care is seeking an Operations Associate to support the organization's overall operations. This role involves maintaining two pantries, receiving donations, conducting cycle counts, and transporting care packages to San Francisco on a weekly basis. The role also involves administrative tasks, providing program support, including supporting the warehouse and inventory processes, Food Bank orders, volunteer and donor-related data entry, and overall support to ensure a functioning office and warehouse.

This is a part-time position requiring 20-24 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

responsibilities and tasks

Help create an environment that is caring and kind to our community.
Follow established procedures and guidelines that are in place to protect our families and the organization.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, organizing the office and warehouse, keeping the office tidy and professional, photocopies, data entry of volunteer information and in-kind donations, and receiving deliveries and donations, and supporting families and volunteers at our warehouse and office.
Run audit reports and makes edits in Carebase to ensure data integrity.
Supports special projects, like annual mailings and events.
