The California State Nonprofit Security Grant Program (CSNSGP) aims to provide funding support for target hardening and other physical security enhancements to nonprofit organizations that are at high risk for violent attacks and hate crimes due to ideology, beliefs, or mission. Eligible organizations must be California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits. The grant period is from December 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026, with a submission deadline of September 23, 2024. The available funding is $76,000,000, and nonprofits can request up to $250,000 per location for a total of $500,000.
