Emergency Preparedness Training for People and for Organizations

Living in the Bay Area comes with risks. Are you and your organization prepared for what to do when an emergency happens, and after? Come and learn from experts how to craft and execute your emergency plan. There will be two separate sessions offered. You are welcome to register for one or both.

Event Program

Training Session #1
9:00 - 10:00 am - Personal Preparedness
Learn what should be in your plan, how to communicate, and then practice your emergency plan.

Training Session #2
10:15 am - 12:15 pm - Developing a Disaster Plan for Your Organization
Learn how to formulate a disaster mission statement for your non-governmental organization, conduct a threat assessment, and learn what key elements are important to include in your plan.
