Join CEN for an online workshop where participants will explore ways to build a foundation of trust by exploring working styles and setting expectations around working together as a team. Bring your own examples/struggles to work together to create action plans.
Outcomes:
Identify strengths and weaknesses of the employee/team you have
Gain an understanding of your working style, the style of those you work with, and what that means when it comes to effective teamwork
Explore/address dynamics of remote work
Create a plan to move your dysfunctions into performance
The workshops will be broken into two parts:
Part 1: Monday, May 4, 9:00 - 11:00 am
Part 2: Monday, May 4, 12:00 - 2:00 pm
