SVUDL's "Words to the Wise" 5th Anniversary Celebration and Fundraising Event

To celebrate our 5th anniversary this year, we’re launching a new fundraising event: Words to the Wise. Our goal is to raise over $250,000 to help us continue expanding our programs to give more low-income students in Silicon Valley the chance to grow in confidence and engage in issues they care about through learning the valuable art of debate.

The event will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a quick-fire policy debate round that will pit one of SVUDL’s top student teams against a team of two professionals who are former student debate champions in front of a VIP panel of debate judges!
