SF CARD: Incident Command for Nonprofits and Faith-Based Organizations

Send your “disaster staff” to this session to learn best practices and how they can benefit your organization when responding to a disaster. Using the first responder’s time-tested principles for bringing order to chaos, you will learn simple tools to direct cross-training and management during a disaster response.
