San Mateo County Health’s CCCS Racial Equity Action Subcommittee is seeking competitive quotes from qualified organizations to develop, administer, and implement a pilot Civic Empowerment Training Program with a particular focus on those from underserved communities, youth ages 15 – 25, and young adults.
