Post-It Note Community Collage Project
Organizer: Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation
Join us as we launch 2020, with our community themed Post-It Note Collage Wall. This exciting project masterminded by the Redwood City Parks and Art Foundation was created to unite the community through art. We hope to learn from each other what community means to each participant and how we can work together to make the dreams a reality.
WHAT:
We are asking for your input about two basic but meaningful personal statements about the type of community you want to live in:
I want to live in a community where….
To create this community, I will…
We will provide you with custom Post-It notes to record your thoughts.
The notes will be constructed into one large 16’x6’ collage mural featuring the word “Community” made by 1,200 Post-It notes. We hope to capture your thoughts and dreams about our community in this significant project!
HOW:
You participate by filling out custom Post-It notes dropped off at your facility. Or click the link to access the prompts online.
DEADLINE:
Completed Post-It notes and online input are due by Wednesday, January 15th.
