Lineage & Legacy/Kingdom Love: Adult Mental Health First Aid

Lineage & Legacy/Kingdom Love is offering an Adult Mental Health First Aid training program that runs for 8 hours and is led by an instructor. This skill-based training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to understand mental health and substance use challenges in people. As a first aider, you will be able to identify signs of mental health issues and provide initial first-aid support. You will also learn the Mental Health First Aid ALGEE Action Plan, which will help you support people and connect them to appropriate resources and treatments. To participate, you only need to complete a pre/post-evaluation and a test online before the in-person training
