Scott Garell is a former tech CEO with significant nonprofit experience including serving as the lead for four HBS Community Partners consulting projects, the Juma Ventures National Board Chair and on several advisory board roles.

In his second career, Scott is now an executive coach and advisor, working with nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, nonprofit funders and accelerators including the East Bay Community Foundation, REDF and Fast Forward. Scott specializes in helping organizations at the growth stage when scaling leadership skills, teams, processes, and business models become necessary. Recently, he has been supporting several leaders as they navigate the challenges and complexities of the Covid-19 crisis. Scott obtained his MBA at Harvard Business School in 1991.

Seth Schalet, former Tech CEO and Sales Executive (GE Capital Consulting, CommercialWare, CDI Corp)

Seth Schalet transitioned to the nonprofit sector a decade ago. Currently, Seth is the CEO of Child, Family and Community Services, Inc. Prior to this, Seth was CEO of Prevent Blindness Northern California.

Seth has served as a board member and advisor to numerous nonprofits and family foundations, including the Pacific Vision Foundation, Hiller Aviation Museum, SPARK, StarVista, and WOMAN INC. Seth holds a certificate in Nonprofit Finance from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and an MBA from Suffolk University.
