Echoes of Them: Special Workshop and Performance

Fuse Theatre and NewGround Theatre Dance Company are proud to be co-creating a re-imagined production of Chelsea’s Unzner’s play Echoes of Them. Echoes, explores grief and bereavement through the eyes of five characters struggling to come to terms with the loss of a loved one. Stacey Ardelean, Fuse Artistic Director, and Coleen Lorenz, NGTD Artistic Director, will co-direct an integrated performance to combine the healing aspects of dance into this new one-woman show. NGTD ensemble will create integrated modern dance pieces around the themes presented in the production.

Special Performance/Workshop on Sunday, November 17, 2:00 pm

Participants will enjoy Echoes of Them by Chelsea Unzner with a special movement & theatre workshop with Stacey Ardelean and Coleen Lorenz mirroring the process used with NGTD and Chelsea during the development of the production. Includes a reception afterwards with the artists. The audience will enjoy an afternoon of movement exploration using the themes of the play. No dance experience necessary!
