The annual deadline for the legislature to pass a balanced budget is June 15th. This year's process has gotten off to an earlier start than usual as a result of COVID-19. Join Assemblymember Kevin Mullen and special guest Assemblymember Phil Ting (AD 19) for another Conversation with Kevin. During this session they will be discussing this year's process and the challenges we are facing. They will also discuss the negotiations and hours of detailed preparation between the Assembly, the Senate and the Governor's office.
