This session will help you identify best practices for successful fundraising while clarifying roles at every level of a nonprofit organization. The Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN) will practice "making the ask" and will explore strategies and techniques to set proper expectations, expand your team's ability to raise money for your organization (including special strategies during times of crisis), and maximize your impact.
