Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN): Telling a New Story - Inclusion in the Arts

Are you looking for effective tools to dismantle racism in the arts field? It's an open secret that the arts have lacked and continue to lack inclusion, diversity, equity, access, and liberation. To meet the call to embody IDEAL principles, CEN recommends starting with an examination of the cultures and oppressive structures within organizations and the field. This workshop is designed to provide tools to encourage the incorporation of IDEAL principles and focus on fostering belonging in order to engage and value a variety of perspectives, experiences, cultures, and more.
