Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN): Applied Wisdom "Train the Trainer" Workshop

During this workshop, the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN) will guide you through James C. Morgan's acclaimed book, Applied Wisdom for Nonprofits: Eight Practical Tools for Leadership ("Applied Wisdom"). There will be a framework for the further use of the booklet and its principles as well as the IDEAL lens in the future. Moreover, participants will leave this workshop equipped as trainers with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate difficult discussions effectively. This will minimize the likelihood of hurt or harm to participants and their organizations. Aid trainers in assessing and acknowledging participants’ (and their organizations’) level of readiness to incorporate the lessons of this workshop
