CEN Workshop: Management Basics - Part 1

Join Center for Excellence in Nonprofits for an online workshop to gain management techniques you need to set yourself, and your team, up for success. Participants will learn how to set expectations, manage performance day-to-day, and review human resources guidelines. Additionally, this course will offer leading practices and strategies for managing and working remotely as well as resources to help staff cope during difficult times.
