CEN: Applied Wisdom - Insights for Leadership Workshop

Join CEN and Morgan Charitable Foundation for a two-hour interactive workshop. The interactive workshop is an introduction to Applied Wisdom for Nonprofits: Eight Practical Insights for Leadership, a booklet that offers a framework to address challenges faced by nonprofit leaders. Through exploring the eight chapters of the booklet, participants will define the principles of IDEAL and use it as a lens to tackle case studies exemplifying real-life situations. The workshop aims to provide a framework for continued use of the booklet and its principles, as well as encourage community building and networking to create an ecosystem of support and accountability.
