Waken and listen to our body’s Innate Network (IN)
Integrate your Innate Network (IN) throughout your body by exploring and understanding your gut, heart, head alignment
Synergize and deepen your overall experience with guided imagery and visual representation
Embody your awareness and understanding through shared ritual and ceremony
Note: This is a three-part series using movement, guided visualization and art. These sessions are offered in person or via Zoom. For those interested in attending the in person session proof of vaccination, negative COVID-19 test, and masks will be required in order to attend.
