This special convening was made possible thanks to a Silicon Valley Community Foundation grant. It created an opportunity for Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits (SVCN) and Thrive, The Alliance of Nonprofits for San Mateo County to work closely together to determine regional safety net needs, potential next steps, and policy avenues that may benefit both counties.
