Join Thrive & Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County for a special breakfast to discuss the region's housing challenges as part of On The Table, sponsored by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Two of our Thrive Action Groups (TAGs) will join together with Legal Aid to host this conversation: our Basic Needs & Safety Net group, facilitated by Bart Charlow, Executive Director of Samaritan House, along with our Immigrant & Worker's Rights group, facilitated by Stacey Hawver, Executive Director of the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County. Together, over a shared meal, we will explore the intersection of housing, immigration, our region's growing wealth gap, and safety net services. We welcome all community members to join this conversation - ranging from concerned individuals, to public sector officials, to nonprofit and private sector leaders.
