Additionally, you will gain a better understanding of how to navigate through some of the more challenging issues that many new and experienced supervisors face when taking a coaching approach.

This course is part of a 2-part series please take Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders Part 1 before taking this course.  This is also appropriate for anyone who has participated in Introduction to Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders training and want to go further with their skills.
