Town Hall with Congresswoman Jackie Speier: Nonprofit Resilience in San Mateo County

Town Hall with Congresswoman Jackie Speier: Nonprofit Resilience in San Mateo County

Thrive Alliance would like to invite nonprofits from San Mateo County to a virtual Town Hall with Congresswoman Jackie Speier. Congresswoman Speier will first provide an update on her work in DC and here at home. She would then like to open the discussion up to hear directly from San Mateo County nonprofit leaders on the challenges and opportunities that they are currently facing during this time.

Note:

  • This event is for nonprofits that serve San Mateo County only, and we will be limiting attendance to two people per organization.

  • We will highlight voices from all our five key issue areas: Arts & Culture; Basic Needs & Safety Net; Children & Education; Environment & Sustainability; Immigrant & Worker's Rights and Civic Participation.

  • We will host this on Zoom. You will receive your Zoom link prior to the event if you are a confirmed nonprofit serving San Mateo County.
