Seeds of Change: Four Week Workshop Series (Online & In Person)

Join Arts Unity Movement for a four-week workshop series led by AUM's Roberta Wentzel-Walter, ATR-BC, and Coleen Lorenz, BC-DMT, where they will introduce movement and art strategies designed to reinvent ourselves. Each session will consist of gentle movement, guided meditation, and art experience, followed by discussion. We will explore the power of our breath, mind, and voice to embody our authentic selves and view this time as an opportunity to help create a new way of being in this world.

Workshop Fees: Series onsite - $100, includes all materials, and zoom link for perpetual access following the series. Series online - $80, includes zoom link for perpetual access.
