Deepening Community Impact through Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Join us for the second workshop in Boston Private's Thrive Equity Series with a special workshop on how diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) in our local organizations and cross-sector initiatives strengthens workplace culture, leads to better outcomes, and most importantly, increases our collective impact in the community.
This workshop will advance your knowledge in DEI focused on building and sustaining diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams in the workplace. You’ll get the tools to work more effectively and innovatively in a multicultural, cross-sector environment. We invite leaders and managers from nonprofits, public sector agencies, and others interested in this important issue to attend this workshop.
