Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN): Compassionate Leadership Workshop

Join CEN for their “Compassionate Leadership” workshop, where they will explore what it means to lead with wisdom and compassion and to strike a balance between the two. They will unpack the nonprofit sector’s historical leadership models that fall short of serving the creation of an IDEAL workspace. As the notion of a healthy workplace culture continues to evolve, it is important that we reevaluate our current leadership models and incorporate compassionate leadership principles to serve others.
