Join Acterra for the Meatless May Challenge. This voluntary pledge during the month of May invites you, the community, to use the power of your plate to help fight climate change! Did you know: making small changes incrementally to your diet is a simple and affordable way to make an impact in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and boost your health? Choose more fruits, veggies, whole grains, and legumes while moving meat and dairy products to the side, or off your plate entirely. Acterra will provide weekly themes, recipes, healthy tips, cooking demos, and even a buddy who can guide you through your questions, menu planning, and grocery lists, if you request support.
